Our lacquer products are packed carefully for multinational shipping as following steps:

Step 1: Wrap lacquer products with polyethylene foam and put them into particular casted foam(if products in big size) aimed at preventing products from any scratch.
Step 2: Put lacquer products into a standard five-layer corrugated carton whose exterior is printed with customers’ logo.
Step 3: Seal customers’ stamp on the carton.
Step 4: Belt cartons into packs to increase impact resistance.
Step 5: Put the packs arranged in wooden bars on standard pallets in order to fix the packs during shipping.
Step 6: Fill dry container with pallet of products
Step 7: Lead seal before shipping
